Medway Adult Education, part of Medway Council, delivers training and apprenticeships across the Medway area and beyond. We specialise in offering intermediate and advanced apprenticeships in Business Administration and Customer Service.

Our team of trainers, assessors and Quality Assurers are fully qualified and experienced with occupational competency in their subjects.

We work closely with the employer to ensure that the apprenticeship meets the needs of the employer and the apprentice. We pride ourselves on our success rates and the pastoral care and support we provide.

As a provider, Medway Council was rated as good by OFSTED in May 2018.
