Young Gloucestershire is an experienced youth work charity with over 30 years supporting young people. We deliver high-quality Youth Work Apprenticeships for those working with young people across various sectors. Our programmes equip apprentices with the practical skills, theory, and values needed for effective youth work. Tutors are JNC-qualified and bring real frontline experience. Apprentices attend weekly in-person sessions at our youth centre, learning in a supportive, hands-on environment. We work closely with employers to tailor each journey and ensure apprentices thrive. We welcome enquiries from organisations of all sizes.
