Way2Work is Achieving for Children's apprenticeship service. We deliver high quality apprenticeships primarily in the boroughs of Kingston, Richmond and Windsor & Maidenhead but also the surrounding boroughs. We work with employers to provide relevant and meaningful apprenticeships to anyone aged 16 plus through the routes of education, early years and business and administration. Way2Work has a strong track record of success, achieving a pass rate of 100 per cent for learners in the academic year 24 and 25 as published on Government Qualification achievement rates 2024 and 25. This high level of achievement is a testament to the organisation's commitment to providing quality training and education opportunities to people in the community.
