Aicura by Accipio provides career development through leadership and coaching apprenticeships at Levels 3, 5 and 7. As a strategic partner of the CMI our apprentices receive qualifications and Chartered status. Delivering nationally for major brands, and have monthly intakes. A high number of our apprentices are promoted and frequently credit the learning as a factor. Most apprentices achieve a distinction and would recommend Aicura. Robust assessments ensure a good fit and help us craft a learning plan which meets needs. We offer an intensive induction period and schedule monthly workshops and coaching to enhance and unpack the online materials hosted on our market leading learning platform. Employers have live access to progress data.
