The Lean Enabled Group builds NHS staff improvement capability to equip them with the right tools to solve problems within clinical and non-clinical processes and pathways. We achieve this through the delivery of training and coaching that is contextualised to the NHS.
We have significant experience of delivering improvement training across many NHS trusts where staff have subsequently completed an improvement project making sustainable change to processes and pathways.
We have now expanded our portfolio with a number of apprenticeship training courses in Improvement and Project Management content.
We deliver apprenticeship training for all NHS staff and staff within organisations determined to be critical workers London-wide and nationwide.
