Training provider overview

The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) SCITT offers apprenticeships in secondary (11-16), primary (5-11) and 7-14 school-based routes to Qualified Teacher Status with an optional Distance Learning PGCE with Masters' credits. Rated Good by Ofsted in our last inspection (March 2022) we offer a bespoke training programme delivered by highly skilled and experienced expert practitioners. Our training is relevant and responsive to current developments in education and provides a hands-¬on approach to classroom practice. Strong communication and provision of wellbeing and academic support is provided to enable trainees to successfully complete their training year. We also support trainees in finding a suitable Early Career Teacher (ECT) post.
