Training provider overview
Barr Beacon SCITT is an experienced, dedicated and ambitious provider of Initial Teacher Training which works with a thriving partnership of secondary and primary schools in the West Midlands. We have been a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider since 2015 and since 2024 have been accredited to offer the Teacher apprenticeship standard.
Our aim is simple: we aim to develop the very best classroom practitioners who will go on to inspire, influence and shape the lives of future generations for years to come. This underpins everything about our training programme and we’re incredibly proud of what we offer. Our provision was most recently inspected by Ofsted in 2024 as a good provider.
