Training provider overview

Shears Academy was established in1984 to meet the training needs of local salons and deliver high quality, expert hairdressing and barbering training from our professionally run training salon at Rushey Green, SE6, and also in your salon, tailoring NVQ training to meet the needs of your apprentice and your salon business.

We have direct claim status with City & Guilds and Habia, and hold Investors in People & Investors in Diversity status, and Fellowship of Hairdressing.

Our training promotes creativity, teamwork, respect and kindness. We treat others as we wish to be treated. Using feedback effectively, we are proud of our Quality Achievement Rates.

Our aim is to be every SALON'S "GO TO" FIRST CHOICE training provider!
