Training provider overview

The shared adult learning service of BCP and Dorset Councils, graded by Ofsted as good in 2023 and with matrix accreditation, we deliver apprenticeship training in administration and customer service across Dorset. We build and deliver individually crafted learning activities to suit your apprentices and business, delivered online, at our learning centres or in your workplace and supported by regular virtual or in person coaching visits from a qualified and experienced subject specialist tutor. The English, maths and digital skills of your workforce are vital to success - we will ensure your apprentice has a programme of skills development to support them to achieve functional skills qualifications in English and maths if not already held.
