Established in 2004 Complete Lean Solutions is a lean consultancy and training organisation providing services to clients around the world. CLS was initially founded to provide straightforward consulting to manufacturing clients, however through working with universities and a wide range of industries the CLS portfolio has diversified into accredited (City & Guilds Improving Operational Performance) training. Our ability to apply lean thinking in different environment brings multiple benefits- including quality improvement, waste elimination, greater productivity and inventory reduction.
