About this provider

JRV Associates is a specialist provider of high quality leadership and management training through apprenticeships that combine cognitive and emotional intelligence.

Our progammes are tailor made to meet individual employer requirements and ensure apprentices become excellent leaders through practise in the work place rather than by writing essays. This is achieved using high quality specialist trainers and the Resilient Leadership Development Programme. Apprentices understand where their leadership stretch is and carry out work based activities to learn new skills. This is supported with the CMI knowledge portal, coaching skill development as well as workshop activities.
