Our highly qualified delivery staff are all industry professionals recruited with a minimum 8 years' experience working in their respective sectors and regularly update skills to assure knowledge and occupational best practice.

A skills gap analysis against work roles identifies specific training needs for existing staff or new recruits. Tailored apprenticeship programmes integrate with your business to maximise learning and minimise interference

CWLC actively work with the NOCN Group, Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), GQA and other stakeholders consulting on qualification standards.
