About this provider
We have 15 years' experience in delivering the employability programme, Spear. The Spear programme has prepared over 5,000 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds for work across London and has led us to win awards such as the "Princess Royal Training Award" in 2017 and the Great Workplaces "Best Place to Work" in 2016.
Our apprenticeship training is greatly influenced by the Spear programme which enables us to provide employers with a pool of diverse, and work ready, young people for apprenticeships. Through the Spear programme we also have extensive experience in delivering training, creating curriculums and developing the character of young people to support their growth as professionals.
