About this provider

Lean Engineering & Manufacturing Academy (LEMA) was established in 2008 and delivers across the wider Midlands region. LEMA provides high quality, interactive apprenticeships within the Engineering & Manufacturing Sector which are tailored to equip apprentices with the most comprehensive and up to date knowledge and skills that will support you in achieving a vibrant and highly skilled Engineering workforce.

Our service offer and commitment to you includes full recruitment support free of charge, where we will recruit and screen potential candidates through our intense 6 week Pre-apprenticeship programme whilst fully evaluating each student to ensure that they have the desire, commitment and personal discipline to meet business requirements.
