About this provider
FFOP provides learning programmes that have suitable breadth, depth and relevance so that they meet requirements, needs and interests of apprentices/employers, nationally and in the local community. FFOP adopts an overall model based on education-employer collaboration which enables benefits for FFOP, employers and apprentices. Through training needs analysis employer workforce skills and knowledge are identified and link to company development and growth. Employers actively contribute to programme design. All programmes are individualised, meaningful and aim to engage, challenge and meet the needs of each apprentice. Programmes include on or off the-job training to develop the apprentice's knowledge, skills and behaviour's. .
