About this provider

Founded in 2005, Keystone is a consultancy that specialises in growing people's potential and performance across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Today, we consult with businesses in a wide range of sectors, such as construction, rail, manufacturing, engineering, facilities management and local government, to design and deliver organisation and people development solutions. We work in long-term partnership with our clients to fully understand their culture, strategy and challenges, and to add value to their business activities. We work with all levels of management up to the Board, and with front line staff. We believe apprenticeships should be high quality, impactful and deliver lasting changes in behaviour, knowledge, confidence and skills.
