Xavier Teach SouthEast works across Surrey, Sussex and Northampton to grow great primary and secondary teachers. We are committed to high quality training and bespoke placements that support all our apprentices to fulfil their potential. Recognised by Ofsted in Feb 2023 as being outstanding across both phases and in all areas, TSE provides exemplary school based route into teaching. Apprentices receive weekly training from our team of phase and subject experts, and strong placements ensure exemplary mentoring for all apprentices with experience across the age ranges and local school contexts. TSE supports apprentices to find employment at the end of the training year with many remaining in partnership and progressing to leadership roles.
