Ark Teacher Training offers a Postgraduate Teacher apprenticeship (Level 6) to prospective teachers looking to specialise in a range of subjects, including English, maths and primary. We also offer the apprenticeship to those looking to train in a specialist provision.

We offer our apprenticeship in collaboration with Ark schools, which are situated in Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth, but also with a range of mission-aligned partner schools, taking our reach to a national scale.

We have offered our apprenticeship since 2021, with 124 apprentices in academic year 2023-24 – the third consecutive year in which we have had growth in our cohort size. Our Initial Teacher Education was recognised by Ofsted as outstanding in March 2022.
