Involve Selection are based in Shoreham by Sea providing specialist apprenticeship training into the digital and business sectors. We have a highly skilled team of specialists who support our clients across the south east. Our team's expertise in delivering apprenticeships ISTQB/BCS/Microsoft accredited in Software Testing, Infrastructure Technology, Data Analytics, Recruitment, Customer Services, Sales and Business Administration.

We select teams of trainer-assessors for each employer based on their industry-relevant experience so they understand the market issues and can understand the culture and goals, then tailor appropriate apprenticeships programmes which deliver real return on investment to the apprentices and employers alike. We will manage the whole recruitment process on behalf of employers.
