We help employers design & implement an apprenticeship programme which will deliver the skills they need directly into your workforce. This includes: Recruitment of potential apprentices including sourcing, screening & interview support, Building a training programme around the skills you need Identifying, current employees who could benefit from the apprenticeship scheme Paperwork & compliance to guarantee the correct funding support is provided. Delivering training both in classroom & online throughout Virtual Learning Environment. Ongoing support with regular on-site visits from our team
