AssistKD is a specialist provider within Business Analysis and Service Design. Ofsted rated our apprenticeship service as “outstanding” in November 2022.
We were instrumental in developing the IS Business Analysis apprenticeship and now offer a comprehensive training package that is based on 30 years of research.
Having taken the lead in developing the A4Q Service Designer qualification, we now support the Service Designer apprenticeship.
Our integrated learning programmes provide comprehensive learning resources including: course attendance, E-learning, mentor support, directed self-study and deliberate practice. Importantly, our Mentors provide recognised expertise in their fields and work nationwide with a low ratio of apprentices.
