Excell for Training Ltd has years of experience in mentoring many of our clients/employers across the UK to develop and deliver training to suit their requirements. When engaging with an employer our training manager will complete an initial organisational skills needs analysis, to identify their training/development needs and explore job specifications/roles.
The training manager/delivery team will work with the employer to establish expectations of apprentices in terms of learning progression and impact within their workplace and agree an action plan identify key progression milestones and anticipated outcomes. Targets are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
