Unitas has played a key role in shaping practitioner qualifications in youth justice. Unitas provides research-led innovative training materials to all apprentices on their learning journey, offering a progressive academic route through to BA Hons level on successful completion of their apprenticeship. Our commitment to supporting their success is a priority. We take pride in delivering a learning path that prepares them for a rewarding career in youth justice. Since 2012 Unitas has successfully trained over 3000 youth justice practitioners from over 100 local authorities in England & Wales to gain qualifications. Our focus is to ensure that practitioners are equipped to bring the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours to the workplace
