Apprentices learn from staff who are industry experts and subject specialists through a hands-on approach combining work based competence and college based skills and knowledge training tailored around the particular industry. We work closely with many of the region's largest employers along with a strong commitment to supporting our local small businesses to grow, whether through investing in existing employees' skills development or by identifying new skills to give them the edge.
