Since starting in 1998 in Oxford, The OCM are leading international providers of coach-mentoring qualifications and skills training. We work broadly across the private and public sectors with a particular emphasis on Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Technology, Utilities and Professional Services firms and the NHS.
