The Credit Services Association is a Trade Association which represents the Debt Collection & Purchase Sector in the UK. Amongst a range of services we provide, we offer training and qualifications for local authorities and organisations operating in regulated sectors.

Our aim is to use our specialist expertise in regulatory compliance, risk, counter fraud, Trading Standards and debt advice services to enable employers large and small to up-skill or re-skill existing or new employees in these business-critical areas for enhanced organisational performance and social value.
