Compass Skills Training Limited provide apprenticeships in the Construction, Engineering and Occupational Health & Safety sectors. Our blended learning approach is developed with employer involvement using our bespoke online learning platform that includes a portfolio builder to capture the full learning journey. Every apprentice is allocated their own ‘Apprenticeship Coordinator’ who will have monthly meetings with them using video conference, to track progress against their individual learning plan, direct them to additional learning needed, liaise with line managers, tutors and assessors and help prepare them for the End Point Assessment. Our bespoke training solution motivates and engages individuals to achieve their full potential.
