Next Step Apprenticeships is based in the centre of Brighton, providing apprenticeship training across Sussex for the Business, Management and Financial Services sectors.

We train both new apprentices and existing staff who need to up-skill. Our experienced recruitment team work closely with you as the employer to understand your business needs and to help you select the right candidate for the right apprenticeship.

Our team of trainers are experts in their field and are used to working with apprentices of all ages and at all levels, from school leavers to senior leaders. Our strength is rigorous planning, continuous review of progress and individualised support for both you and your apprentice.
