Provider overview

First College is a small friendly work based learning provider which operates throughout East Lindsey from 3 training centres in Louth and Skegness. We offer a range of courses from basic short courses through to NVQ's and apprenticeships. All our apprentices are employed within a company, gaining nationally recognised qualifications and earning a real wage whilst learning new 'on the job' skills.

Most of the training received will be carried out in the workplace by one of our qualified assessors. They will provide support throughout the apprenticeship to ensure that apprentices achieve their goals. Apprenticeships have been designed with employers in the industry to offer a structured programme.
