WE Care are Care specialists currently service around 450 apprentices annually, employing 42 Care and Teaching staff. WE Care has a central administration department, a Senior Operational team, an engagement team, a functional skills delivery team and central quality team. WE Care training is an accredited centre with award body City and Guilds and has recently been through a successful Ofsted monitoring visit.
