Phoenix aims to supply businesses and their staff with 'Value Added' Learning, Development and Apprenticeship programmes. We have operated from our headquarters in central Birmingham since 1996. Our services include funded and commercial training as well as bespoke programmes to employers to ensure we fully meet both the company's and individuals needs. We also deliver a range of programmes to unemployed groups which enable them to obtain up to date skills that enable them to gain Full Time Employment. Our delivery team are all industry experts from specific industry backgrounds such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Warehousing and Health & Social Care. We ensure that all staff undertake regular CPD, thus ensuring outstanding outcomes
