OTD are a Birmingham based learning, development & apprenticeship delivery organisation with over 14 years experience, specialising in the design and delivery of all levels of Leadership/Management Dev/Supervisory/Business Administration/Communications and Coaching. Our dedicated and qualified apprenticeship team have been drawn from various sectors including Pharmaceutical/Retail/Logistics/Financial Services/Manufacturing and the wider service sector.

Our mission: to deliver the same high quality provision that we currently provide for our corporate global clients to our apprenticeship employer partners and our apprentices.We seek to work with our employer partners to create bespoke flexible apprenticeship programmes that meet their needs.
