Solvendis are a national organisation which specialises in supporting colleges, universities, training providers and employers delivering education, training and skills in the post-16 sector. Established in 2013 our apprenticeship offer is focused on the development of leaders and managers in education and training.

Our apprenticeship programmes are all led by qualified teachers (all of whom have more than 10 years teaching experience) and our offer is coordinated from our delivery hub in Wolverhampton. Delivery includes attendance at a series of inspector led workshops, development of a substantial work based project and production of a learning journal. Apprentices and the employer are supported by professional programme coaches.
