Mighty Oak is a training organisation based in Oxfordshire. We provide apprenticeship programmes for the L4 Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner across the UK. As a small company our preference is for a programme that involves a high degree of personal interaction, mentoring and coaching. This approach has provided success to our apprentices for over 5 years. Our first full Ofsted inspection in August 2022 provided a ‘Good’ result where it was recognised that our apprentices were highly motivated, who valued working in small groups’. Our trainers have worked or continue to work within a revenues and benefits environment meaning that they are fully up to date with schemes, legislation and daily processes in the work environment.
