Salutem is based in Aston, Birmingham and we work in partnership with local employers to deliver high quality apprenticeships. We work closely with employers throughout the programme to ensure that we are attracting and developing the right talent to fit their business requirements. We assist in the recruitment of your apprentices and as part of the tripartite relationship we expect our employers to attend our training centres for reviews every 10 weeks and this ensures that our apprentices complete their training in a timely manner as any problems identified are dealt with promptly. We have a proven track record of achievement and many of our apprentices continue with further education to further develop their career in construction.
