In May 2018, Weir Training were graded as an 'Outstanding' Ofsted Grade 1 Provider across all areas of inspection. Weir Training based in Chobham, Surrey has been a leading work based training provider throughout the South East since May 2000. We provide apprenticeships and specialist training for both existing staff and offer an apprenticeship recruitment service. At Weir Training we identify the individual employer needs and are responsive to these, by developing learning programmes to give direct benefit to both the employer organisation and the apprentice. We hold the view that any qualification programme must have a direct and measurable impact, to the employer organisation.
