Xact offers tailored, flexible apprenticeships to suit employers’ needs while supporting apprentices to gain fire safety competence in their roles. We have delivered specialist fire safety training since 2004 and our customers include fire and rescue services; building control, fire risk assessors and both public and private sector fire safety professionals. Our individualised apprenticeships incorporate guided distance learning; tutor-led classrooms; virtual delivery; formal assessment and workplace skills. A dedicated mentor and subject tutors with wide industry experience support apprentices and employers through the process. Progress is regularly reviewed against individual learning plans to prepare for End Point Assessment.
