Complete Lean Solutions is a lean consultancy and training organisation established in 2004 by two ex-Toyota employees. We specialise in business improvement and provide services to clients around the world. Our focus is delivering tangible benefits to companies we work with and transferring knowledge to those that we work alongside. With a “learn by doing" approach to training, we deliver apprenticeships in Lean Manufacturing Operative (Level 2), Improvement Technician (Level 3), Improvement Practitioner (Level 4), Improvement Specialist (Level 5) and Improvement leader (Level 6). We operate nationally in diverse sectors from the NHS to manufacturing and FMCG. Ofsted recognised us as a' GOOD' provider at our last audit in August 2021.
