Developing U is a Leadership Development organisation offering qualifications in Management & Leadership approved by the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Our small but dedicated professional team have a vast range of business experience and have taken hundreds of young managers through programmes accredited by the CMI.

Our apprenticeships will be challenging, relevant, fun and achievable including face to face training, blended learning and on-line learning. Apprentices will be supported by the team and by a brilliantly researched and user friendly online learning portal to set them up for success.
