Happy has been providing training in IT and in leadership and management, for over 30 years, and vocational qualifications and apprenticeships for nearly 10 years.

In web development, we have worked closely with the industry to build an apprenticeship that is designed, created and delivered by industry professionals, ensuring successful outcomes for apprentices and employers. We set up small groups of apprentices in various locations across England enabling us to deliver individualised apprenticeships that are tailored for the individual apprentice and employer.

In management, we have developed a range of programmes that fit the Team Leader and Operations Manager apprenticeships.
