Since 1966, STEGTA has grown substantially and now attends to the apprenticeship training needs of Employers throughout England. Local Employers form the backbone of STEGTA's Board of Governors and play a pivotal role in the decision making process within the organisation. STEGTA also offers a complimentary apprentice recruitment service, which helps employers to source the most suitable candidates for their specific apprenticeship role.
