City of Wolverhampton College was graded 'Good' by Ofsted in January 2023.
The college works closely with employers to ensure their apprentices gain the skills needed to meet the demands of the business, and currently has over 600 apprentices working for organisations - from small, independent companies to large multi-nationals - across the Black Country, West Midlands and beyond.
Employers wanting to take on an apprentice can benefit from the college's free recruitment service which can support with identifying the best apprenticeship programme for the company's needs, advertising the vacancy, screening applicants and shortlisting candidates for interview, ensuring the right person is appointed to the job.
