Training provider overview

ALM offer high quality apprenticeships in leadership and management (including coaching), education, and care. Our team of facilitators, tutors and assessors includes former headteachers and ex CEOs. We have been a provider for two years and went through our first Ofsted monitoring visit in February 2024 where we were judged to have made ‘reasonable progress’. We deliver apprenticeships across the UK, training upwards of 100 apprentices per year. We work with our employers to ensure that the apprenticeship their employees are working towards meets the needs of the employer, ensuring our apprentices have all of the skills, experiences, knowledge and behaviours to really excel both with their current employer and, where appropriate, beyond.
