FSTP is a specialist apprenticeship and training provider with over 110 years of collective experience in financial services.

We work in partnership with employers to identify those who will benefit from developing the right knowledge, skills and behaviours through a high-quality apprenticeship programme, putting both employer and apprentice at the core of everything we do.

Most of our training consultants are or have been financial service practitioners, ensuring real work life experience for apprentices, improving their confidence and aspirations to progress lifelong careers.

We are a CISI Premier Accredited Training Provider and CPD Standards Office Provider of Training Excellence and work closely with other FS membership bodies.
