The Coders Guild actively promote inclusion, diversity and equality through expert training, coaching and CPD opportunities. A safe space offering community-driven, peer-reviewed and open-source knowledge share.

We provide specialist expert training in web development and associated digital skills. All training is devised, reviewed and delivered by practising web development professionals and experts in their field and constantly improved through a network of industry representatives as well as feedback from trainers, employers, mentors and the apprentices themselves.

Apprenticeships are key to addressing diversity issues in our industry. We engage with communities to provide outreach and opportunities to underrepresented groups.
