Provider overview

Pier Training was set up in 2011 with a local presence in many regions of England, a company with clear vision that held the apprentice and employer at the heart of everything we do. Our team of dedicated staff are highly qualified within their own sector specialism, including apprenticeships.

Our mission is to help apprentices realise their potential by making training an enjoyable journey where they can start to differentiate their yesterday from today, and make their future look even better.

We work with you to understand the job role of your staff and prepare a bespoke delivery plan with clear milestones and performance indicators. Before apprentices are signed up on the training programme, a thorough apprentice engagement session is conducted providing clear guidance, both to the apprentice and the employer about expectations and level of commitment.
