Established in 2005, the FRA is a unique employer led college with 10 years' industry experience. Our mission is to inspire and develop talent for a career in fashion retail, with a curriculum that is matched to current and future industry needs. We are supported by 140 retail companies who provide support, work experience, projects and masterclasses. Our apprentices are taught by industry professionals as our teachers all work in and are drawn from industry. For the past 10 years we have successfully trained over 5000 apprentices and delivered full time programmes for apprentices aged 16+ at levels 2, 3 and 4. As we grow, we are now able to support retailers with the provision of apprenticeships.
