CIA aim is to provide apprentices with an enjoyable learning experience that will enhance their employment and career prospects by offering excellent professional training and careers services. We chose our support staff and lecturers for their in-depth knowledge of the subject, academic experience, communication skills and dedication to the provision of assistance in apprentice's progress.CIA works in partnership with employers, awarding organisations, apprentices and other stakeholders to ensure training is delivered to best standards to achieve retention and achievement rate while meeting the high standards of the awarding organisation.
