Potential Realised is a specialist HR and Leadership apprenticeship provider. We are also a CIPD study centre and deliver the Level 3, 5 and 7 CIPD qualifications as part of our Level 3, 5 and 7 HR apprenticeship programmes. We have been delivering apprenticeship training for 3 years and have been recognised as a ‘Good’ provider by Ofsted in September 2023. Programmes are delivered fully online or as a blended approach across all parts of the UK. All of our apprentices are supported by an apprenticeship coach to ensure that learning is applied back to the workplace. A series of interactive masterclasses, delivered by our academic team also support the development of knowledge and skill.
