Truro and Penwith College is widely respected as one of the best tertiary colleges in the country. From campuses in Truro, Penzance and Bodmin, the College offers a diverse range of educational choices, supported by state-of-the-art, purpose-built facilities. Truro and Penwith was rated Outstanding by Ofsted for Young People’s (16-19) Education and Apprenticeships in its latest inspection and recent data from the DfE saw the College rated the 3rd GFE College for apprenticeship achievement in the UK. The College became one of only five FE Colleges across the UK to be awarded Apprenticeship Expert status by the DfE in 2024, before being crowned Apprenticeship Provider of the Year at the national Apprenticeship and Training Awards in 2025.
